This route will take you to places where you can see the imprint of the Spanish presence and influence in its architecture and culture of its people. Tangier, a Moroccan port on the Strait of Gibraltar, has been a strategic gateway between Africa and Europe since Phoenician times. In Chefchaouen you will enjoy a blue village between mountains, mysterious but cozy and full of lovely places to stroll and enjoy the scenery and people. From there we head to the holy cities, full of history and spirituality, especially the big Medina of Fez, which will take us to medieval times with its labyrinthine souk full of artisans. To finish the route back along the Atlantic coast that you may know the capital of Morocco and finally rest on the beautiful white Medina of Asilah, enjoying the sunset on your terrace by the sea.
